Shipping Policy – Eastian Organic

Eastian Organic (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website (https://eastianorganic.com).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the Shipping Policy mentioned below. This policy ensures clear expectations and smooth service for both sides.


1. General

All orders depend on stock availability. We try our best to keep inventory updated, but if any item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will:

  • Ship the available items

  • Contact you and ask whether you want:

    • To wait for the restock,

    • Or get a refund for the unavailable item


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Dimensions

  • Delivery location

Shipping fees are collected with your order and are shown before checkout.
This will be the final shipping cost.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Eastian Organic accepts returns if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

After receiving and checking the returned product:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers must pre-pay return shipping

  • If the claim is valid, we will reimburse your shipping cost

Once we receive the returned product, your claim will be processed within 7 days.

You can choose:

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Refund as store credit

  • Replacement (if available)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)

Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days.

4.2 International Delivery

International orders may take 4–22 days, depending on the courier selected at checkout.


4.3 Handling Time

Orders placed before 12 PM (PKT) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed later are shipped the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.


4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change of delivery address before the order is dispatched.


4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We can ship to P.O. Boxes through local postal services only.


4.6 Military Address Shipping

Military addresses are supported through Pakistan Post or similar services.


4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If any item is out of stock, we will:

  • Hold the order until the product is restocked

  • Or ship the available products and adjust the remaining item separately


4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

5. Tracking Notifications

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel status.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject it with the courier

  • Otherwise, contact us immediately with photos


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Displayed prices already include sales tax (if applicable).

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International customers may need to pay import taxes in their country.

If the customer refuses to pay import taxes:

  • The parcel will be returned to Eastian Organic at the customer’s expense

  • A refund will be issued for the product only (shipping fees not refunded)


8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
If it has been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.


9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the courier’s stated value.


9.1 Parcel Damaged in Transit

Replacement or refund will be issued after the courier completes the investigation.

9.2 Parcel Lost in Transit

Refund or replacement will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
